Farscape: The Complete Series
This cover set is designed to hold the original DVD releases of the entire Farscape series. Each volume holds a half season except for volume 8 which holds the latter half of season 4 plus The Peacekeeper Wars miniseries. Volumes 1, 7 and 8 are for 6 disc cases and volumes 2-6 are for five disc cases. Both the 5 and 6 disc cases have a 1 inch (26mm) spine.
The Region 2 editions are all for the 5 disc cases with the 28mm spine. Until very recently, these cases were available at

After the newer Starburst Editions are all released, a new set may be added to house those DVDs.

The Region 2 editions are all for the 6
disc cases with the 28mm spine. Even though each set is designed
for five discs, they don't appear to make the five disc cases
in R2. Until very recently, these cases were available at SVP. However, now SVP has trimmed their case spines down to 23mm.
This means that a new set may follow to accomodate the newer SVP case
size. You'll also notice that episode listings are in a different
order for the Region 2 covers
